Disclaimer

1.  Although all information supplied by Styling to Sell "the Client" is given in good faith, the Client should satisfy themselves that all details and information provided to them is current and appropriate to their needs.

2.  Advice given by Styling to Sell is generally of a cosmetic nature and does not cover structural issues as Styling to Sell does not give structural advice. Before undertaking structural alterations or major repairs to the Property the Client is strongly advised to seek relevant professional advice from a suitably qualified architect or builder.

3.  Whilst Styling to Sell will use all reasonable endeavours to enhance the value and marketability of the Property, we do not guarantee:

• That the Property will sell.
• That the Property will sell any faster than if Styling to Sell had not provided its services.
• That the Property will return a higher price than if Styling to Sell had not provided its services.

4.  It is a condition of this agreement that all amounts payable by the Client to Styling to Sell pursuant to this agreement are paid within the stipulated time frames. In the event that any amount is not paid within the stipulated time frame , all amounts payable by the Client to Styling to sell pursuant to this agreement become immediately due and payable (whether legally demanded or not). All amounts contemplated by this agreement are inclusive of GST.

5.  Styling to sell will never knowingly pass your information on to another party without your authorisation, however, Styling to Sell may recommend or use other businesses in providing the Client with the goods and/or services contemplated by this agreement. Any business used by Styling to sell or recommended to the Client by Styling to sell is done so for the convenience of the Client only. Styling to Sell accepts no responsibility for the goods or services provided by any other business which has been recommended or used by Styling to Sell. The Client should satisfy themselves of the suitability of any other business before entering into any contract for goods or services with that business. Styling to Sell will not engage any other Business to provide goods or services in respect of the Property without the express written consent of the Client.

6.  A consultation in the Property will take approximately 1-2 hours and the majority of the house will be viewed and discussed during this time. However, areas without a standard access or without a full staircase are not included and the consultant maintains the right to exclude any areas at any time which are not regarded as safe or appropriate.

7.  Styling to Sell may rent items to the Client at rates to be agreed between the parties. All rental items remain the property of Styling to sell and damaged items will be invoiced to the Client at the purchase price. Payment of all amounts contemplated by this clause are due within 7 days of the date on the invoice from Styling to Sell.

8.  Any suggestions made in the action plan after a consultation are as a result of the initial viewing of the property and/or photographs and information supplied by the client. The advice provided by Styling to Sell is given in good faith and the client should satisfy themselves, before taking action as a result of this report, that they are satisfied with the cost effective measures and have taken all necessary health and safety precautions as necessary in undertaking any improvements or alterations to their property. Styling to Sell cannot accept responsibility for any loss, injury or inconvenience sustained by any person using any information howsoever provided by Styling to sell.

9.  All emails received and sent are virus checked and security of information is safeguarded as much as possible. However, it is understood that the Internet cannot be regarded as a completely secure medium.

10. All of the pictures taken by Styling to Sell are the copyright of Styling to sell and anyone wishing to copy the detail for commercial purposes must seek authorisation from Styling to sell. Styling to Sell reserves the right to use all photographs taken on behalf of clients for promotional purposes, both printed and online.

11. Styling to sell is able to give the client a range of estimates (excluding GST) of the total costs for example: home cleaning services - $240 minimum 3 hours (casual booking).

12. Styling to Sell is NOT bound by the estimate given.

13. Styling to Sell will keep the client informed of any additional fees payable by the client.
